SIMUL manages intake, document flow, scheduling, and administrative client contact. Independent licensed professionals determine the technical scope and standards, perform engineering work, and issue and authenticate professional deliverables.
Partner-issued deliverables
SIMUL can coordinate on-site collection of measurements, material information, equipment details, and photographs, then organize the records for an independent licensed professional. That professional alone determines whether the information is sufficient and completes any engineering review.
COORDINATION 01
Choose a coordinated field-information visit or upload an existing package. SIMUL organizes identification, dimensions, material or PMI information, photographs, intended loading, drawings, inspection results, and available test records for independent professional review.
COORDINATION 02
SIMUL collects and organizes the available geometry, materials, photographs, configuration, intended-use information, drawings, and history for an independent licensed professional to assess, complete the engineering review, and issue any resulting professional deliverable.
SIMUL does not practise professional engineering, make technical determinations, approve designs or load ratings, certify equipment, or issue professional authentication. All such work is performed and issued by the responsible independent licensed professional.
Coordination coverage
Inspection and certification requirements depend on the equipment, current practices, OEM requirements, service history, and jurisdiction. The independent inspection or certification partner confirms all technical requirements and applicable standards.
*Current CAOEC RP 4.0 specifies a five-year Level IV interval for McKissick® blocks. OEM instructions, jurisdictional requirements, service history, or the certifying partner may require a different interval.

SIMUL maintains each submitted certification package under the client’s signed-in account. Clients can return to the portal to view their equipment history and download available records at any time.
When a certification due date is provided, SIMUL tracks it and includes renewal reminder emails as part of the service so upcoming work can be planned before the equipment expires.
Final inspection and certification requirements remain equipment-, jurisdiction-, OEM-, standard-, and partner-dependent.
